When you're losing they're happy to keep taking your money. If you win by betting on the favourites, they're fine with that also. As soon as you win money on an underdog, they will limit you to a few quid. Their live chat is pointless as their agents just quit.

I set up an account in this casino in August, deposited there 510 polish zlotys, won 2161,3 polish zlotys and my account got limited, so I requested a withdrawal. Of course, the withdrawal procedure was very annoying, after many e-mails exchanged with them and after delivering all documents they demanded, I just got an e-mail that my account is blocked and they do not want me to use their company's services anymore. Of course, there are no reasons for this decision in the e-mail. They only gave me back my deposit - 510 polish zlotys. To be clear, I have not broken any point of their rules. I also never had an account with them before, nor did any of my household members beyond any doubt. I just became robbed of 1651,3 polish zlotys.

I am very surprised to read all the negative comments. I personally had no problems at all, the opposite. Ignore their bonuses and you will be fine. Take them and they are awful. I ignored their sign up bonus then, after a few months, they offered me a 50% deposit bonus up to 30€. It's not a lot but I took it. As soon as I was awarded the bonus, they wouldn't allow me to bet more than a few euros on anything. Their hope is that you win bets using the bonus as they will then confiscate your winnings when you can't meet the rollover requirements.
